II. Billing Terms (One-Time Sale Statement)
2.1 Sale Nature Statement
All transactions on this website are one-time sales.
This means:
You only need to pay the total amount shown when the order is generated (including product price, shipping cost, and taxes, if any);
After payment, you will not have any future, periodic, or automatically renewing payment obligations;
We will not deduct any further fees without your knowledge;
We do not offer “rent-to-own,” “installment payment,” or “monthly subscription” options for obtaining the shelving unit.
III. Order and Contract Establishment
After you submit your order and complete payment, we will send you an order confirmation email, at which point a legally binding sales contract is formed between both parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to insufficient stock, regional delivery restrictions, or your breach of these terms. If an order is canceled, the payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
IV. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer
Shipping Time: In-stock products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment.
Delivery and Risk: Once the product is handed over to the logistics company, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Please check the outer packaging for damage upon receipt.
Not Received: If you have not received your goods 7 days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us through customer service for verification.
V. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
For unopened, uninstalled products that do not affect resale, you may apply for a no-reason return within 7 days of signing for the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If the product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transportation, please provide photo/video evidence within 48 hours of signing for the goods. We will process your return or exchange and bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Damage caused by human error, improper installation, overloading, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
VI. Limitation of Liability
